It is nearly eclipse day! Join us for our eclipse viewing party where we will have crafts for children, a NASA photo live stream, music, and free solar eclipse glasses. We are expecting a large crowd for our viewing eclipse party so here are a few things to consider:
1. We will be giving out glasses first come, first serve beginning at noon. One pair of glasses will be given per person and all participants must be present to receive glasses.
2. Make sure to leave time for parking. We are located in downtown Buda and have limited parking. There is parking available along Main Street located adjacent to City Hall. City Park is a short walk away with additional parking.
3. The maximum coverage of the sun (partial eclipse) will be at 1:10 pm and will last about 2 minutes
